CANTERWOOD RESIDENCE - Gig Harbor, WA

4,968 sf (w/ 1,050 sf deck)

The previous home was destroyed in a fire, leaving only the foundation to be of use. We designed a new home working off the existing foundation and footprint. All existing site work was left as is (driveway, front walkway, landscaping). The exterior is sheathed with standing seam metal, white stucco, hardie panels, lap siding, and Resysta siding (a natural composite made of rice husks, salt, and oil). The home sits high above the 15th fairway, and 16th tee box, of the Canterwood Golf Course.
