We’re proud to share that MAPP has achieved substantial completion at Fair Oaks Park in Marietta, GA! 🎉

This 40-acre park transformation includes a new synthetic turf multi-purpose field, a walking path surrounding the field, and dedicated pickleball courts, creating more opportunities for the community to get outside, connect, and play.

Congratulations to our project team and design-build partners at Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) on reaching this milestone. We’re proud of what this team has accomplished and look forward to seeing the community enjoy the park for years to come.

For the 12th year in a row, MAPP has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge by the Baton Rouge Business Report, earning a #5 ranking among Medium Companies (50-249 employees).

This recognition means so much because it comes from the people who know MAPP best: our team.

At MAPP, we've always believed that great projects start with great people. The relationships we build and the way we support one another are what make MAPP a great place to work, build a career, and make an impact.

Thank you to our MAPPies for making this recognition possible. Hats Off to each and every one of you!

Our Founder and CEO, Mike Polito, was recently honored with WRKF's 2026 Community Catalyst Award, recognizing leaders whose service has strengthened Baton Rouge and inspired others to invest in the community.

For more than three decades, Mike has invested his time, energy, and leadership in helping make Baton Rouge stronger. That spirit of service has shaped MAPP's culture from the very beginning and remains a core part of who we are today.

We couldn't be prouder to see that commitment recognized!

Congratulations to Jesus Cruz on his promotion to Vice President of Safety!

Under Jesus' leadership, MAPP has earned national safety recognition, but the awards aren’t what define his impact. It’s the work that happens every day: strengthening our safety culture, turning lessons into action, showing up on the hard days, and treating every MAPPie in the field like family. Jesus is an exceptional safety professional, but more importantly, he understands the scoreboard that matters most: every MAPPie going home at the end of the day the same way they showed up.

Congratulations, Jesus. Well earned and well deserved!
