Here's something we've learned after years of helping clients develop projects across Minnesota.

Around here, we know that great projects begin with great people.

Our June Fish Fry Happy Hour gave us another opportunity to slow down, catch up, share a meal, and enjoy an incredible Minnesota evening overlooking the Mississippi River from our home in the historic Crown Roller Mill Building.

A huge thank-you goes out to our guest chefs, Planning Lead John U. and Accounting Lead Liz P., for serving up John's fresh "catch of the day", Liz's homemade potato salad, smiles, and plenty of laughs.

It's moments like these that remind us why relationships have always been one of Landform's core values.

Well, you betcha—we found a pretty good reason to trade the office for the golf course.

Daniel L., PE; John U.; John O., RLA; and Principal Steve Sabraski, PE, represented Landform Professional Services, LLC at the 2026 Retail Real Estate Network (formerly Minnesota Shopping Center Association - MSCA) Golf Tournament at Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Ham Lake.

The day brought together professionals from across Minnesota’s retail real estate community for golf, friendly competition and the kind of face-to-face conversations that help build lasting working relationships.

Great communities don’t happen by accident—they’re built by great people working together.

At Kohler Farms in Ham Lake, Landform teamed up with NW, Custom Home Builders, Kjolhaug, and other local professionals to help bring nearly 200 acres to life as a 42-lot estate and executive residential community.

From planning and land surveying to civil engineering, landscape architecture and well and septic design, our team worked through wetlands, high groundwater, protected plant species, and a remarkably flat site while helping preserve the lakes, ponds, trees, and natural beauty that make Minnesota such a special place to call home.

We’re proud to be part of a project that reflects what’s possible when talented local professionals roll up their sleeves and work together, and we think it's starting to show in this video our aerial operations team captured.
