This was no ordinary bathroom break. It was me (Chad Cahill), our VP, and one fabulous homeowner cracking the lid on a big idea. And let’s just say… it was a flush of inspiration.

”Did the crescent rolls turn out okay?”
“Oh my gosh, I was just texting you. They were actually perfect, and I don’t know how I lived without that oven. I felt all professional.”

This Thanksgiving, one of our homeowners summed it up best: ‘Integrity in construction is an oxymoron, but you have proven it wrong! Now I’m trying this oven you gushed about, and if it messes up my crescent rolls… I ride at dawn.’

Here’s the best part—they’ve built not one, but TWO homes with us. The first was a luxury residence we had already completed. Then they came back for the full custom experience, from drawing board to final walkthrough.

Even a month after moving in, we’re still laughing and swapping crescent roll stories. That’s the kind of relationship we aim for—one where building your home feels like the best experience ever. It’s more than just a house; it’s a journey, filled with great conversations, shared excitement, and plenty of humor along the way.

Because when your builder is as invested in your happiness as you are, it shows—in every detail and every text message.

Another personal note, hot off the press (personal info redacted for privacy)! Rumor has it we’re not just builders—we’re memory-makers and dream deliverers, too. 💥🤷🏻‍♂️🤣We are different. When a homeowner asks for really old olive trees, we make that happen. We have been told by the nursery that these trees are estimated to be over 150 years old. They are being placed in the yard using a crane.

Here is a fun article written about one of the homes we built in Golden Oak. The author's family owns the home.

Two edits need to be made to the article.

1. The author writes in the article that the homes in Golden Oak were designed by Disney Imagineers. That is incorrect. Each home in Golden Oak, including the one in this article, were designed by each builder and their design team...not the Imagineers.

2. The author writes that homes in Golden Oak range from 1,800 to 12,000 square feet. While the 1,800 square feet is correct there are many homes that reach towards 20,000 square feet.
