Do you have water marks/stains on your wood floors? A good option is to add a dark stain to the floors. Staining will do the trick to cover up any stains that are existing. This project was a tricky one as it was a very old moisture cure on the floor. It was difficult to sand but ultimately always comes through.

New Kitchen!! This customer had existing 2 1/4” red oak existing in the old dining room. Our team came in and ripped out the old wood and replaced the whole area with a Red Oak select 5” wood floor. Refinishing next week.

We were lucky enough to have our new friend Eric from Loba come and help us with this project. With Loba Easy Prime and whitener plus 2 coats of Easy finish satin we were able to achieve the desired look. On to the next project!!

Unfortunately, in the flooring business there are many contractors who say they can refinish the floors. They rent machines at Home Depot and don’t understand the craftsmanship of the trade. Our team got a call to come and help a very bad situation. We assured them it would all be okay in the end and they were in good hands. Tom, Kevin and Matt repaired stains, sanded through all the marks left by the contractor and worked step by step with the client to ensure they would love their floors.

Our client wanted to achieve a black look on the steps and rails. We removed the glued down carpet and sanded down the steps. With just one coat of Dura Seal True Black, we were able to make it happen. Coated with 3 coats of BONA Traffic HD.
