While the Sturgeon Moon rises tonight, I would like to announce that AVN Engineering is celebrating its (17) year anniversary.

It has been (17) years since I decided to become a Licensed Professional Engineer, essentially falling back to this career line, which was my calling since High School. Seasoned in the field of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, VALUATIONS, and CONSTRUCTION.

I look forward to serving all of you that are set out into developing your most cherished estate, and will see to it that the level of care is met, and will be of the finest.

My specialties include: Structural, Grading, and Pool Engineering plans. Though architecture has always been a sensitive service function devoted to the finest that schooled architects have mastered, I have always been reluctant to offer this service. As a result, I have over this period of time have gotten to know many architectural designers that I have befriended, and would coordinate a preferred consultant per your request, to serve you in your geographical area.

It has been a privilege to service you in the past, as many that follow my FB page are also previous client/friends of mine, which are my valuable source for my ever expanding network through word-of-mouth referrals offered to friends and family.

Engineer = Black Sheep

🐑 They called you the black sheep.
Not because you were wrong — but because you were different.
While the herd followed the path without question, you paused. Looked up. Listened to the wind.

The black sheep doesn’t blend in.
Not because they can’t…
But because they won’t.
They’ve seen too many cliffs disguised as traditions. Too many cages called “normal.”
So they step out. Alone, maybe. But awake. 🖤✨

And sometimes — they build the bridges the flock never knew it needed. 🌉

Good morning!

Today AVN Engineering is celebrating its (16) year anniversary.

It has been (16) years since I decided to become a Licensed Professional Engineer, essentially falling back to this career line, which was my calling since High School.
