Zero cell phone service, no power besides the generator, and it’s over a 70 minute round trip down ORV trail to the nearest gas station.

This place was stripped, Neutralized, Osborn brushed, decks/spindles/rails sanded down, then given two fresh coats of SASHCO Transformation in Red Tone Medium.
The High tails over the big windows and a few trims boards are waiting to be finished in a few weeks when a Massive Hornets nest behind the trim waiting to be replaced is professionally removed.
