Most builders rush to the finish to move to the next project. T3 makes sure every single detail meets our standard before calling it a finished product. This is where we bring our whole team through and test and scrutinize every inch of the home and test all the systems of the home.

Testing the make up air for the range, making sure the air registers are balanced, double checking all the wall surfaces for nail pops. These are only a small list of all the things we run through that most fail to check or care about.

What I will say is that protecting finished surfaces are especially important for us as a custom home builder with custom finishes that are often hard to reproduce or replace given the sequencing that has to take place for some materials to be installed.

Job site cleanliness and protection of finished surfaces is one of our highest priorities. Also one of the things that keeps me up at night thinking about a grain matched cabinet getting scratched or a soapstone counter getting a tool scraped across it....

Protect those finishes!!

Branding is so much more than just a logo though.. The logo is just a small representation of who we are. I always want to communicate the quality and attention to detail we strive for and we want it to show in our logo, our clothing, our documents. Everything should align with our brand and who we are as a company!

Custom Homes deserve custom details.
When we build homes we don't want to just go through the motions and get the home done and turn it over and then move on to the next. We want to carefully assess every detail and make sure it hits the goals and aesthetic of the home. This bracket detail was a simple detail to work out but is one we implemented because our Team cares and has thought through each detail instead of just settling for the status quo.
