880 feet of fence. 8 feet tall. Done. 🏗️

We just finished a big industrial perimeter in Kansas City, Kansas, for a longtime client whose other properties we've also fenced:

✅ About 880 linear feet of industrial metal fencing
✅ 8 ft tall to meet city code
✅ Corrugated metal sheeting
✅ 2½-inch galvanized steel posts, every one set in concrete

Next up: two motorized cantilever gates with keypad access, each covering an opening of about 30 feet. Gate photos coming soon.

From wood deck to stamped concrete patio in Leawood. 🔨

This homeowner wanted a backyard that looked sharper and needed far less upkeep than wood. We removed the old deck and poured a stamped concrete patio: a large Grand Ashlar pattern, a dark base color, an antique dark gray finish for depth, and a full coat of sealer.

Swipe 👉 Photo 2 shows the sealer going on. The sealed half is deep and rich; the unsealed half is still flat gray.

October 15 is roughly the end of the window for cool-season seed in Johnson County. Past that, seed goes down but doesn't root deep enough to hold through winter.

Mulch in fall does more than mulch in spring. 🍂

It holds soil temperature steady through the freeze-thaw cycle that heaves shrubs out of the ground over winter, and it keeps beds from turning into a w**d nursery by March.

Bed cleanup, edge, fresh mulch. It's the cheapest thing on our menu and it changes how a whole property reads.
