We are a general contractor specializing in all aspects of residential construction. Hi, I’m Matt Crabtree.

I’ve been in construction for over 25 years, but it all started back in my early 20s when I was working as a finish carpenter and flooring installer. Growing up, I spent a lot of time restoring European cars and racing motorcycles—a passion I still have today. Those experiences and many great mentors taught me the value of precision, attention to detail, and doing things the right way, and I bring

that same mindset to every project. I take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and the relationships we build. Most of our jobs come from happy clients referring their friends and family, and that means the world to me. Over the years, I’ve built a team that shares my values—hard work, honesty, and a commitment to craftsmanship—because great projects start with great people. Whether you’re starting with bare ground or tackling a complicated remodel, I’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure your vision becomes reality. We recently completed the restoration of a home that has been part of the Valley Center community since 1955.
For more than 70 years, these walls witnessed birthdays, holidays, family dinners, hard times, good times, and countless everyday moments that together make a life. This home served its previous owners well, and we are grateful for the opportunity to preserve a small piece of that history.
Our goal was never simply to renovate a house. It was to respectfully restore a home that has been part of the story of this neighborhood for generations.
Now, a new chapter begins. Soon a new family will fill these rooms with laughter, memories, and traditions of their own. What was once someone else’s family home will become theirs, carrying its legacy forward for years to come.
Projects like this do more than improve a single property. They strengthen neighborhoods, preserve community pride, increase local property values, and help ensure that small-town America continues to thrive.
We are honored to have played a small role in this home’s journey—from its past, through its restoration, and into its future.
Here’s to the next generation of memories waiting to be made.

We are looking to hire two to three finish carpenters. The lead must have solid experience in high end residential and/or commercial construction. Qualified candidates will be strong critical thinkers that can function independently. If you want to work in an environment that appreciates a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic this is it.

You must have strong references and a solid portfolio of work to be considered. Pay structure is negotiable, but will be top of the market for the right candidate.
