33 years ago, a friend told Mike Gintjee that W. Bradley Electric was hiring. He set up an interview, started the following week, and never left.

For ESOP Month, we’re spotlighting a couple of the employee-owners who keep WBE moving, and Mike is a great example.

Mike is a Senior Technician whose most memorable job was the first Adobe tower, WBE Telecom’s first real high-rise project. He believes a lot of the installation standards we still use today came out of that job.

Ask him what being employee-owned means and he keeps it simple: “Being employee-owned doesn’t change who I am. I always try to give myself 110% in whatever I do.”

Clean cable work looks good from every angle.

Shoutout to our Telecom team on this warehouse project. They are installing data cabling to new workbenches throughout this warehouse, dropping lines from the overhead structure and routing everything back to a new network cabinet with supports. Every bend, support, and bundle is placed with care, and it shows.

Big space, clean work, great crew.

For Employee Ownership Month, we’re highlighting employee-owner Christopher Whitton!

Chris has been our Warehouse Delivery Driver for 12 years, getting materials to our jobsites so our crews have what they need. Anyone who knows Chris knows his sense of humor. He can name a celebrity from their voice in a commercial before they appear on screen. He’d have dinner with Mike Rowe, and being a racecar driver is still on his bucket list.

Chris is a wonderful family man, so his answer about what makes WBE different made sense to us: “Without a doubt, the family environment. It is the biggest reason I have stayed.”

When we asked about the legacy he hopes to leave as an employee-owner, Chris said he hopes the next generation knows how hard everyone has worked to get the company where it is today.

A great day on the course for an even greater cause!

Our annual Charity Golf Tournament brought together WBE customers and vendor sponsors for a day of music themed golf, connection, and giving back.

Presenting our Q3 2026 Core Values Award winners, Adan Espinoza and Lee Yang!

Adan has been part of WBE’s Traffic Division for many years, starting as a laborer before becoming a state certified electrician and is currently a foreman within the division. He consistently demonstrates our Core Values through his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to step up whenever the team needs him. What stands out most is that Adan doesn’t just talk about doing the right thing—he shows it through his actions every day. He treats people with respect, takes pride in his work, and is always ready to help.

Lee is another great example of what our Core Values look like in action. He’s hardworking, dependable, and always willing to go above and beyond to support the team and get the job done. It’s also been incredible to watch his growth at WBE—from starting in the field, working his way up to Foreman, and now serving as a Project Manager. That kind of progression takes hard work, ownership, and commitment.
