Another fake Google review alert 🚨

Hey friends and family; 4 months ago, I was going through one of the most difficult times of my life. My mother was dying from stage four lung cancer, and I was also in my third trimester of pregnancy. I spent most of my time with my mom, and I put my career on hold; both construction and Real Estate.

So when I saw this review, I was honestly heartbroken. This isn’t true, and I want to clarify that at that time I wasn’t active and we did not have an active contract with the person who left this review.

I’m sharing this to bring awareness to my business, because I take professionalism very seriously. Anyone who has worked with me can truly vouch for the work I do. I have a book of referrals and clients you can contact who can confirm that ASA Construction Specialties, LLC and CapMark Realty, LLC deliver quality and accountability.

I genuinely wish this person well and pray their future endeavors are blessed—however, this is the wrong company that they reviewed.

🌟 Transforming Spaces with ASA Construction! 🌟

We recently had the pleasure of assisting a valued client with a ceiling repair due to a leak above her beautiful bay windows. Our project manager and I promptly met with her to assess the situation and determine the best course of action.

After a thorough inspection, we referred her to Nick at All Star Roofing, who expertly identified and resolved the source of the leak in her roof. Once the leak was stopped, we took the next steps in the repair process:

• We carefully cut out the affected area and recommended professional mold remediation to ensure a safe environment.

• After the mold was addressed, our team installed new insulation, followed by drywall, mudding, sanding, and painting.

Congratulations are in order for our CEO Alexandria Sifontes & Norman Young CEO of DCMC Construction, LLC for being the prime contractors on the Albany Guild House Project!

The Guild House was built in 1902 as a memorial gift to the Cathedral of All Saints in Albany, NY. For the next 70 years it served as an immigrant settlement house, a cultural and performing arts center, and as a school. Since the 1970's it has gone unoccupied and unused. In 2023, under the leadership of Cathedral's Dean, Rev. Leander Harding, a team of volunteers was assembled to bring the Guild House back to life.

The mission of a restored Guild House will be to provide educational and cultural services to the Albany community.
