🚧 HOA Road Notice - Please Use Caution 🚧

With the strong winds we’re currently experiencing, we’ve noticed that some street signs have become loose or displaced. Please use extra caution while driving and watch for any signs that may be in or near the roadway.

Once the windstorm has passed and it’s safe to do so, we will be going through the neighborhood to secure and fix any affected signs.

Thank you for your patience and for helping keep our community safe!

Subject: Important Notice Regarding Unauthorized Violation Letters

HMRPO Members,

It has come to the Board’s attention that a resident has recently received a violation letter that was not authorized by me or the HOA Board. I want to make it very clear that any correspondence regarding violations will only be sent by me, as the Board’s sole legal spokesperson. All official communication from the Board will always be written in a professional and respectful manner and always contain a signature.

If you have received a violation letter in the past that you believed was sent by the Board, or if you receive any such letter in the future that seems inconsistent with our usual communication, please contact me directly so I can verify its legitimacy and address the situation promptly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to maintain transparency and ensure that all homeowners receive accurate and appropriate information.

Sincerely,

Janae Gale

🚨 Road Damage Alert – Please Read 🚨

We are disappointed to report that someone has caused significant damage to the recently improved roads near the intersection of Sauk and Oswego. It appears that a vehicle or ATV performed a burnout or similar activity, leaving deep ruts and tearing up the surface we just invested over $50,000 to improve for the benefit of all property owners.

We ask everyone to please respect our community and our shared investments. These roads are maintained using HOA dues, and this kind of reckless behavior not only shortens the lifespan of the improvements but costs us all in additional repairs. Harber Construction will be back tomorrow to repair.

If you have any information about who may be responsible, please contact the board directly. Photos of the damage are attached below.

Let’s work together to keep High Meadow Ranch safe, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone.

🚧 Road Maintenance Reminder – Please Drive Responsibly 🚧
The dirt roads in our subdivision were recently graded and high-traffic areas treated with mag to reduce dust and improve driving conditions. To ensure proper compaction and durability, the roads were also watered prior to grading.

Unfortunately, these photos show damage that was already done to the roads yesterday. We are seeing drivers speeding, which is quickly undoing the work that’s just been completed.

Speeding not only causes ruts, but also leads to the formation of washboards and potholes, all of which significantly reduce the safety and lifespan of the road surface.

👉 Please slow down and drive with care.

Our HOA budget does not allow for repeated road repairs caused by negligence. These roads are a shared asset, and we need everyone’s help to protect and maintain them.

Thank you for your cooperation.

2025 ROAD UPDATES – PLEASE READ

Annual subdivision road maintenance is currently underway. Today, Wednesday, June 26, Harber Construction will be applying mag chloride to the following roads:

Cheyenne
N. Shoshone
Merrimac
Indianwood
Please drive slowly and with extreme caution.

Driving at high speeds on dirt roads—especially during or after maintenance—can significantly reduce the effectiveness of treatments like mag chloride, which are used to control dust and stabilize the road surface. Fast driving can also cause washboarding, potholes, and general road degradation, leading to more frequent and costly repairs.

Your cooperation in reducing speed helps keep roads in better condition, improves safety for everyone, and extends the life of our maintenance efforts.

Thank you for your attention and care while driving in the subdivision!

⚠️ ROAD UPDATES: 3/24/25

The winter/spring weather mix has begun! We ask that you please use caution while driving and slow down to help keep roads in the best condition possible during this time of year. We do have a contractor coming out to help clean culverts/ditches in critical areas and we are addressing the pools of water and streams across the roads from the melting snow. We will begin spring road work May/June.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Carrie at 307-920-1975, Janae at 307-389-6229, or email us at [email protected]
