Today we are putting the Restore in our company motto! It is always so much fun watching the original wood floors come back to life! And for a surprisingly lower cost than you think!

I will try to get more posts going showcasing our work including the transformation of these gorgeous floors! I have been busy with a number of jobs including; new doors and trim, tile back splash, electrical reworks and number of others! I meant it when I say we can do it all! To say I have been busy is an understatement! I had to break down and hire an apprentice!

This is Remi! He’s still learning the difference between a hammer and screwdriver but he’s doing his best! He really does do “Great Stuff” 😂

Did you know?! That old tired grout can be stained back to life!! Most people think it’s too daunting to do a bathroom remodel. Instead we can do a bathroom refresh like here! It will be amazing what some fresh grout, paint and trim work will do to this bathroom!

One of my regular clients reached out to me asking for help with an area of old flooring that doesn’t match the rest!

After deciding it would have been an impossible match, we decided to cover the area with a storage bench! Not only covers the area and looks intentional, but also a new storage / nook sitting area! I decided to shadow box in some metal to give it a distinctive look!

Remember! I do General Contractor work for all your home remodeling needs! Today I’m working with S & S Electric LTD. to get a customer’s home up to date with new grounded outlets and wiring!

What does a GC do? I am serving as a project manager: I’m taking care of the work the electrical team needs to keep going (in this case, removing a basement drop ceiling so the crew can access wiring!), serving as the point of contact for both the crew and homeowner, and most importantly, keeping my client updated and making sure their home is well maintained throughout the process!

Hey all! Sorry for the long delay in posting! I took some time off for me and some personal projects after the holidays to recharge!

First one back into it was a large scale flooring renovation on the entire first floor of a home. Goodbye old dated carpet and linoleum, hello beautiful oak hardwood and porcelain tile! I took many extra steps to make sure that there were no transitions in the doorways and that everything was flush between flooring types! Not only does flush flooring look great, it all but eliminates tripping risks from subtle changes in elevation (and makes it a Roomba owner's dream come true!).

🚿 Before & After Shower Transformation! 🔧

This customer was stuck with a non-working, outdated shower… and a deadline. Their family is arriving for Thanksgiving, and they needed it fixed fast.

I tore out the old unit, repaired the issues behind the wall, installed a new shower base, and finished it off with fresh wall panels and tile work. The result is a clean, modern, fully functional shower—done on time and built to last.

🌙 Kleinschmidt Innovations: Adding Night-Shift Chocolate Factory Crew to the portfolio 🍫🔧

When most people are home relaxing after dark… we’re out here taking doors off a chocolate shop.
Honestly, if we have to work late somewhere, at least it’s a place that smells like heaven. 🤤

To keep daytime foot traffic flowing at The Chocolate Haus, we removed their old door after business hours. When they come back tomorrow — boom! A brand-new door will be waiting for them.
