Winter typically is a slow time for a primarily excavation and land services provider. All that changed when a repeat customer asked if I would be interested in an interior finishing opportunity.

880 sqft of conditioned living space in process.

Extra window installed then concrete removed to fix previous plumbing issues, new plumbing placed & covered in concrete. Walls framed for all load bearing requirements, catwalk to storage area built, floor trusses set, storage flooring complete. A few non-load bearing walls to go and framing is complete.
