Our new Residential Service Department is off and running, and we couldn’t be more excited about the team we have put together!

Leading the charge is Brad Houchens, our HVAC Sales Manager. Brad brings years of experience from just about every side of the HVAC industry, and that experience and leadership have been a huge part of getting this new department started the right way.

Peyton McKinney is the Residential Service Coordinator for the department and helps keep everything organized and moving behind the scenes.

In the field, we have Nicholas Carswell and Shawn Luttrell along with 20+ other technicians to handle your HVAC and Plumbing needs. The team brings decades of hands-on experience to our customers. Their knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are a big reason why we are already receiving such great feedback and reviews.

When you combine that kind of field experience with Brad’s industry knowledge and leadership—and the resources and support of A&R Mechanical—you have a pretty strong team.

We’re proud of this group and excited to see our residential department already making an impact on the communities we serve. And we’re just getting started!
