14080 23 Mile Rd - Shelby Twp. 🧱 🧱

The client approached us to make their Buiding more appealing from the outside. We designed some concepts through 3D photo-realistic renderings to have a conversation about the desired design direction and construction budget. We nailed down the concept the fit the clients taste and budget and began construction. We understand that most of our clients don't understand how to read construction drawings so communicating designs through 3D images and giving a construction price is the best and easiest way for our clients to understand our vision and actually have a price.

Baydoun Residence - Farmington Hills

We worked closely with the owner on the design of his house to bring his modern vision to life. We designed an open floorplan concept, with a large living room space connected to the kitchen with a large outdoor patio above the garage for a space to host gatherings. A 2nd level was added to accommodate for 2 master suites and to raise the ceiling heights for a more open space.

🌮Meshico - Rochester Hills 🌮 Tacos and Tequila -
The existing space had ran it's course and it was time to refresh the previous Honeytree restaurant. The owner wanted to attract new customers with a complete overhaul. The restaurant acquired a liquor license and the new bar space added to the right side of the photo creates a separate dining experience with arched windows, and a vibrant bar ambiance. The cactus 🌵 wall was a fun feature to fill the back wall. Each of the cacti were hand carved and have an LED behind to create a halo glow. The dining space has many different seating options to experience. This would be a great space to bring a group and do some tequila tasting. The food is great! 🌮

🏛️Uptown Parthenon🏛️ West Bloomfield! This project was fun! We started working with the client on the interior design through 3D photorealistic renderings to help nail down a design. We moved quickly through construction to keep the restaurant open. This project was very successful. We are currently working on another project with this client.
