UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡

Even amid the challenges our community has faced from the recent flooding, families are still making plans for the future.

We’re excited to share that 60 Friendship Hills is now UNDER CONTRACT! Congratulations to our buyers as they begin this new chapter.

While Fry Homes continues assisting families affected by the flood, we are also grateful to keep building homes, serving our customers, and moving forward with normal business.

We continue to pray for everyone impacted by the flooding, for those rebuilding, and for all of the volunteers and first responders serving our community.

Our hearts are with every family, rancher, business owner, first responder, volunteer, and neighbor affected by the flooding across Uvalde County and our surrounding communities.

The photos and videos we’ve all seen across social media are only a glimpse of what so many are experiencing. Roads have been washed out, homes and property have been damaged, and many families are facing a difficult road ahead. We are praying for everyone’s safety and for the strength of this community as recovery begins.

If your home has been affected, here are a few important reminders:

✔️ Your safety comes first. Do not enter a flooded home until it is safe to do so, especially if there are electrical or structural concerns.

✔️ Take photos and videos of all damage before beginning cleanup, if it is safe to do so.

✔️ Contact your insurance company as soon as possible and keep a record of your conversations.

✔️ Save receipts for emergency expenses and temporary repairs.

✔️ Be cautious of “storm chasers.” Unfortunately, disasters often attract scammers. Verify credentials, ask for references, and never feel pressured to sign a contract or pay a large amount upfront.

Recovery will take time, but one thing we’ve always admired about this community is the way we come together to help one another. If we can offer guidance or answer questions about the rebuilding process, we’re always happy to share what we’ve learned over the years.

Please continue to pray for those who have suffered losses, for the first responders and volunteers working tirelessly, and for everyone’s safety as floodwaters recede.
