When your project doesn't require a licensed architect to design, or if you're a contractor short on time to draw the plans yourself, please contact me. I draw plans for additions, decks, single family homes, garage, finished basements, ADU's, etc. I work exclusively with licensed contractors and their clients. tect® Home Designer Pro program, a very capable and dynamic home design software program, for all of my plans. I have my own Matterport Pro2 3D camera to capture the existing interior floor plan and conditions. Then Matterport can prepare the existing floor plan and I use those to trace over and generate the "as is" floor plan. After that, I can make the proposed changes to the area from that plan. This will also allow for 3D views and being able to get measurements from them. I have been in the construction & building materials related fields since 1980. I hold an Associates in Engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology for Architectural Engineering Technology. References are available at your request.
