What You’ll Do:
✅ Prospect for new clients
✅ Work with landlords, tenants, and investors
✅ Handle leasing & sales transactions
✅ Create marketing materials & leasing/sales strategies
✅ Stay on top of market trends and property data
What You Bring:
✔️ Active CA real estate license (or ability to get one within 12 months)
✔️ 1–3 years in real estate or sales preferred
✔️ Strong communication, tech, and organizational skills
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset
