We recently held the first Advanced Plumbing, Heating & Air team meeting at our new location, and it's hard to put into words how much we're looking forward to this next chapter. As a woman-owned business here in Vacaville, we are grateful for all the support that has helped us reach this milestone.

As we continue to grow, we're honored to have the opportunity to revitalize the old Goodwill building into the future home of Advanced. For more than 20 years, we've been proud to serve this community, and we're grateful to the City of Vacaville Government for working alongside us throughout this process. We'd also like to extend a special thank you to our realtor, Mark McGuire, for helping make this opportunity possible.

This achievement marks an important step forward, but it's only the beginning. We look forward to sharing our progress as we transform this space and continue serving the Vacaville community. What an incredible journey this has been! 🎉
To say we're excited would be an understatement. This truly feels like a pinch-me moment for our entire team.

We are incredibly grateful to Mark at McGuire Real Estate for his tenacity, persistence, and belief in us throughout this process. There were plenty of moments where it would have been easy to move on, but Mark stayed committed, kept pushing forward, and helped us navigate every challenge along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better partner.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the City of Vacaville Government and Vacaville Fire Dept for their responsiveness, partnership, and support throughout this process. Their willingness to go out of their way to meet us on-site and commitment to keeping the process moving forward without unnecessary hiccups made a tremendous difference.

As a women-owned local business, we've always believed in investing in the community that has supported us for so many years. The opportunity to breathe new life into such an iconic Vacaville property is both humbling and inspiring. We don't take that responsibility lightly.

Last Tuesday we had the opportunity to celebrate our Operations Manager Jeff Rudd for 20 years of dedication to the company. He has been a crucial part in shaping Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air into who we are today.

Jeff is the person who keeps things moving, and is always the first to be on top of any problems. He leads the people around him with consistency, humility, and loyalty. He supports our team, and makes sure we deliver excellent service to our neighbors.

Thank you, Jeff, for two decades of dedication, hard work, and heart. We wouldn't be where we are without you, and we're grateful for everything you do behind the scenes and beyond.

Today we’re celebrating the one-woman powerhouse who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes: our amazing HR Coordinator & AP/AR Manager… and unofficial IT, problem-solver, and everything-in-between, Amanda!

If it’s complicated, outside the job description, or something no one else wants to touch… Amanda’s already on it. She doesn’t shy away from tough situations and tackles them head-on with precision, determination, and attention to detail that keep everything running smoothly.

Today we’re celebrating the voice behind the scenes who keeps everything (and everyone) on track, our amazing dispatcher, Tiffany!

If you’ve ever wondered how the chaos turns into a smooth-running day… It’s Tiffany. She has mastered the art of juggling calls, schedules, and last-minute changes. All while making it look easy (we know it’s not 😄).

Tiffany truly cares about the customers, takes her role seriously, and is always there to support the team, no matter what the day throws at her. And somehow, in between all of that, she manages to brighten up the office and keep the vibes high.

She’s quickly become an integral part of the team, and we couldn’t imagine the day-to-day without her. We’re excited to see all the great things ahead for her!

If you’ve spent even five minutes around him, you already know… the guy brings the laughs, the goofy moments, and the kind of energy that instantly boosts the office vibe.

As one of our HVAC Service Technicians, Jake is always on the move and always looking for the next thing to tackle. But what really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his customers and the pride he takes in doing the job right. You can tell he’s truly passionate about what he does, and it shows every day in the field.

We’re proud to have Jake on the Advanced team, and we’re excited to see all the great things ahead for him. The future is bright (and probably a little louder and funnier too).
