This 🚻 bathroom needed to be ↪️rearranged! Lets lose the window 🪟and put the shower 🛁there 👈🏾 move the toilet 🚽over 👉🏾a little bit and move the sink next to the 🚪door 🤔🤔... The owner thought this flows 🛶much better than the original layout... 🫡big ups☝🏾 to my 🔥amazing clients, ❤️Mr & Mrs Folds

Drywall, 😳sheetrock, 😵‍💫wall panels, 🫩gypsy board or whatever you want to call it. 🤷🏾‍♂️ It's a messy job but it makes an old 🧙🏾‍♂️ house 🏚️ looks/smells👃🏽like new construction🏠... Thank you YHWH for quality over quantity 🙄🕺🏽

Out with old 🧙🏾‍♂️and in with new👨🏾‍💼! I don't know why they installed these boxed in, claustrophobic shower units, but let's take it☝🏾to the ceiling!!! We only install what you desire♥️ with a little advice because at the end of the day🌞 we're going home🏠👀🤣thank you McCall family 🙌🏾

So let's convert a bedroom into a full master bathroom 🤔 custom closet with shelves and cubby, water closet, and 4x4 walk-in shower with a push button 🖲️ water valve 😎👀. This is a must have shower with a foldable seat by Moen 🪑, rainfall shower head ☔ from the ceiling(husband's request 😉), detached sprayer with the standard shower head from the wall, bluetooth 🎸🎧 exhaust fan, his and her niche with two color grouts to tie it together. Added pocket doors, granite top 4 ft vanities with lvp floors to finish it up. Part 2 of the Foods family renovations and of course Thank you

This room was flooded with water and sagging ceiling joists. 24-2x10x24s 😩😱 later it was time to insulate and close in. Man cave/movie room 🎬and the girls have an art room/ women cave 🤔👀 with a one of kind fireplace that was resurfaced and painted.. Big shout out to the Folds family for allowing us to make some dreams come to life 🤩 Part 1

It doesn't matter if you live in a trailer, we treat them like it's a built home. This trailer definitely needed new skirting, moisture barrier and not to mention we had to exterminate at least 30 🐝 wasp nests 🐝 to do the job! They didn't have to call Astro or the Ghostbusters either. 👻 🤪😂, we had it covered.. Thanks Frank for knowing who to call👀
