Scruggs Concrete Company was honored to has one of its new concrete trucks featured on display at the Con-Tech booth in the Con-Agg trade show this week in Las Vegas. The special Star and Stripes edition was added by Dan Welch of Con-Tech. Attending were Rusty Ingram, Jim Scruggs, Jake Lastinger and Justin Womack.

Womack and Dees promoted at Scruggs Concrete Company

Scruggs Concrete Company is announcing promotions within their organization.

Justin Womack has been promoted to the title of President of Scruggs Concrete Company. Justin is originally from Tifton, GA area and graduated from The University of Georgia. He is the son of the late Roger Womack and Lavonda Womack. Justin is married to Meghan and they have three boys Griffin, Harrison and Brooks.

Layton Dees has been promoted to the title of Vice President of Scruggs Concrete Company. Layton is from the Valdosta area and graduated from Valdosta State University. He is the son of Kelly and Dianne Dees. He is married to Robin and they have one daughter Gentry.

Duties include invoicing, posting payments, month end reports, communication with intercompany departments and other normal accounting items.
