Position Overview
We are seeking a Lawn Spray Technician to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is hard working, efficient, self-motivated, high attention to detail, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply liquid and granular fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides to customer lawns
Identify and treat common lawn weeds, diseases, and pest infestations
Operate and maintain spray equipment, trucks, and application machinery
Follow scheduled routes and complete daily service calls efficiently
Communicate with customers about lawn conditions, treatments applied, and recommendations
Document all applications and maintain accurate service records
Ensure proper calibration of equipment for accurate product application
Follow all EPA, state, and local regulations for pesticide application
Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies on service vehicle
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Some overtime may be available

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $20 per hour, depending on experience
Potential for bonuses based on performance
Paid vacation time available after 1 year
Health insurance offered with employer match of 50%
