The company is proud of this metal roof installation out in Prospect, PA!

A 26 gauge Hi-Rib black classic metal panel, with a 36” coverage.

Snow rails were added along the roof eaves for extra protection.

The clients really wanted that clean look of the metal, and were happy with the result and the Lifetime Warranty that came with that metal panel!

An old “Tiners Red” front porch roof with built in box gutters.

Our crew removed the tin roof, replaced the rotted roof planks and installed a synthetic underlayment v***r barrier.

Then we lined the existing box gutters with a 60mil EPDM rubber membrane and installed a 30 year asphalt shingle from Owens Corning!

Just wrapped a full roof replacement on this Cape Cod style home in Glenshaw! On top of the new roof, our team also removed two skylights, framed and sheathed over the openings, and installed new step, counter, and chimney flashings. The shingles are Owens Corning Duration, Architectural Design with a 30-year material warranty ON TOP OF the 10-year Miele Roofing workmanship warranty. We always warranty our work for over a decade!

Great project this week - we got to work locally in Mars and repair two dormers. We used a fairly new product, also locally made out of Oakmont, called Everlast Siding.

A "Lincoln Log Cabin" we had the opportunity to work on this past winter!

We worked several months with the homeowners to finalize the material (metal or no, shake versus imitation shake) and the color. A classic cabin feel was wanted, and the soft green of this imitation shake is both a statement in the winter months, and a natural extension of the surrounding woods come summer. While any pattern of shake can be laid, the homeowners wanted a randomized look and so our team was able to get creative with the design of the offset. Copper ice catches were installed just over the entrance to the front porch, as well as a new, darker gutter in the back to replace the stark white gutter that came with the house. The chimney was newly flashed, preventing and circumventing a leak that had occurred in the location previously.
