A decade of dedication deserves to be recognized. Congratulations to Eric Guth on his 10th anniversary with Valley Corp!
Over the past 10 years, Eric has played an important role in nearly every aspect of the work we do, bringing knowledge, reliability, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. He is the definition of an unsung hero, solving problems, supporting those around him, and helping projects move forward without ever looking for credit.
That kind of versatility and quiet leadership leaves a lasting mark on a company and on the people who work alongside you every day.
Thank you, Eric, for 10 years of hard work, commitment, and countless contributions to our success. We are grateful to have you on the team.

This week we are proud to recognize Matt Kragt on his 5th anniversary with Valley Corp!
As an equipment operator, Matt has contributed to a wide variety of mass excavation projects throughout his time here and is currently lending his skills to a bank stabilization project. His experience, work ethic, and commitment to getting the job done right make him a valuable part of this team every single day.
Congratulations, Matt! Thank you for five great years and everything you bring to the crew. We look forward to many more ahead.

Meet the John Deere 9520. 450 horsepower, articulated 4WD, and built to pull hard all day without breaking a sweat.
When youโ€™re doing the work we do, you need the right piece of equipment to get the job done right. On a Valley Corp site, you will find it pulling scrapers across a mass grading operation, hauling loaded side-dump trailers through soft ground (where a highway truck would get stuck), conditioning soil for stabilization work, or pulling compaction rollers across freshly placed fill. When the ground is loose, wet, and unforgiving, this is the machine that keeps things moving.
Four-wheel drive and articulated steering put all 450 horses to the ground. No bogging. No stopping. Just dirt moving.
This is what a workhorse looks like.

Ten years of grit, leadership, and getting it done. Congratulations to Radley Clemens on his 10th anniversary with Valley Corp!
As a superintendent, Radley has consistently stepped up to tackle some of our most challenging utility projects on the toughest sites. That kind of tenacity does not go unnoticed. His dedication and drive over the past decade have been a real motivator for the people around him and a big part of why our team performs the way it does.
Thank you, Radley, for 10 years of hard work and commitment. We are proud to have you on the team and look forward to many more milestones ahead.

Before a community can be built, the ground has to be prepared.
At a 260-acre development right here in Valley, our crew is extracting more than 1.1 million cubic yards of sand from 40 feet below the water table to create the ground for a brand new neighborhood with a lake.
It is one of the more unique projects we have ever been a part of, and we are proud to be doing it right in our own backyard.
Head to the link in our bio to read the full story on the Catalina project.

This year marks Ryan's 5th anniversary with Valley Corp, and we are glad to take a moment to recognize him.
For 5 years, Ryan has kept our trucks and equipment running at full capacity. Keeping our fleet running at full capacity is not a small job. It is how we make good on our promises to clients, and Ryan plays a direct role in that every single day.
While he might be quiet when you first meet him, Ryan has a great sense of humor and a natural ability to keep things light when the pressure is on. He is not the loudest person in the room, but his work speaks volumes.
Congratulations, Ryan! Thank you for 5 great years. We are lucky to have you as part of our team.

We were glad to support Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy (HETRA). This organization does incredible work improving the lives of adults and children through equine-assisted activities.
Keeping their roads safe and accessible for riders, horses, volunteers, and visitors is important - and exactly the kind of work we are happy to be part of.
This is what community is all about. Thank you, HETRA, for all that you do.
