You may recognize the Dodrill name because our family has been serving your community for over 80 years. Owned by Junior Dodrill, his father Roger Sr. brought him up in the business. Junior started out with his dad when he was in 3rd grade, carrying his tools and learning how to work on furnaces, plumbing, and all things mechanical but throughout his youth Sr. stressed,

"Remember do the best you

can, deliver the best service you can and always do what's best for the customer. Be honest and fair at all times and remember the customer is always right even when you may not agree. It is your job to help them choose the right service based on their needs." Junior started at age 11 for 1 dollar an hour and worked his way up from stock boy to service man to owner. He has over 40 years experience in the field and his tech's have an average of 30 years experience in the field. With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Marilyn Dodrill, cherished mother of our current owner, Junior Dodrill, and beloved wife of our original founder, Roger Dodrill Sr., who preceded her in death in 2013.

Marilyn was an integral part of our business's legacy, bringing warmth and grace to all who knew her. Her kindness and generosity touched countless lives, and she will be deeply missed.

A happy observation from a service man in the field.

As I travel between calls I see many people walking as always when the weather warms up. But in past few days I have noticed that while the walkers are careful to maintain proper social distance from others there are far less singles but rather families mom, dad, kids all together.

It serves to remind us that perhaps the one good thing to come of this lockdown is that as people spend more time with their loved ones the bond of family and friends gets stronger we will all realize that together we can win this fight.
