One of our jobs today. New Customer, having issues with their govee light, that were installed by another company last november. Poor placement of extension jumpers led to Bricking the system more than once, and if you didnt know any better it would do it again.
Govee asked to have the whole set sent back to them so their R+D team could figure it out- I knew before I arrived with the issue was, but after a few quick tests, a few new extensions - this job was fixed in under 2 hours with minimal cost to the owner compared to installing new lights.
I absolutely pride myself in being able to diagnose and fix almost any issue youre having with installations. Happy to help, even if we Didn't install 😜🤗
