🚧 Project Update – Final Hardscape Phase Underway! 🚧

We have officially entered the final stage of the hardscaping portion of this project! 💪

Today, the team began work on the final walkway by removing the existing materials, completing the excavation, and installing the base gravel to create a solid foundation for the next phase.

The groundwork is now in place and ready for the flagstone installation. It’s exciting to see this project coming together after all the hard work that has gone into each section. Stay tuned as we put the finishing touches on this beautiful landscape transformation! 🌿🔥

🚧 Project Update – Second Section Complete! 🚧

We just completed the second section of this beautiful hardscape project! 🔥

This phase included finishing the walkways with two custom landings, combining natural stone steps with Treo Smooth Sierra pavers for a clean, high-end look. We also installed a Holland paver border accent around the walkway to perfectly complement the beach sand throughout the property and keep everything looking as natural and seamless as possible.

The combination of natural stone textures, modern pavers, and the surrounding landscape is really bringing this project to life. We’re excited to keep moving forward on the next phase! 💪🌿

🚧 Hardscape Project Update 🚧

We’re officially moving into the next landing of this project! 🔥

For this section, we’ll be combining natural stone steps with Treo Smooth Sierra pavers and adding a Holland paver accent border around the walkway to give it a clean and timeless finish.

The blend of natural stone with modern pavers is going to make this space stand out while still keeping a natural flow throughout the property. Every section of this project is starting to come together beautifully, and we can’t wait to show the finished result! 💪🌿

🚧 Project Update – First Landing Complete! 🚧

The first stage of this project is officially complete! ✅

We finished the first landing with a beautiful natural flagstone installation, including two natural stone steps for a seamless transition and completed everything with polymeric sand for a clean, durable finish.

Now it’s time to move on to the next section and continue bringing this project to life. Every step gets us closer to the finished transformation, and the team is doing an amazing job making it happen. Stay tuned for more updates! 💪🌿

🚧 Project Update 🚧

The team has officially started demolition and excavation, and as with many projects, we ran into a few challenges along the way.

Due to the steep slope, existing metal stairs, and limited site access, we quickly discovered that machinery is not an option on this one. That means everything has to be moved and excavated by hand. 💪🏽

This is where a strong crew makes all the difference. Huge shoutout to the team for pushing through and doing an amazing job. No shortcuts, no excuses — just hard work and determination to keep the project moving forward.

Sometimes the work behind the scenes is what people never see, but that hard work is what creates the final result. Stay tuned… this transformation is just getting started! 🔥🏡

This beautiful custom patio is officially finished and turned out amazing 😎💪

From excavation and base preparation all the way to the final polymeric sand install and cleanup, every detail of this project was carefully built to create a clean, durable, and timeless outdoor space 👌

🚧 Patio Project Update 🔥

The paver installation is officially complete 😎💪

We finished laying the Unilock Holland Sierra pavers along with the charcoal accent borders and custom step details — and the patio is looking incredible already 👌

Now we’re moving into the next important phase:
✔️ Installing polymeric sand between all the paver joints
✔️ Compacting the patio to lock everything into place
✔️ Cleaning and final detailing

Polymeric sand helps secure the pavers, reduce w**d growth, and prevent washout between joints, giving the patio a strong and long-lasting finish 🔥

The 45° herringbone pattern and charcoal accents really brought this whole project together 👀
