Our clients backyard was an area covered in dirt and overgrown weeds, and ruled by her rambunctious pups. She needed to create a space that she could enjoy with her pups as well as entertain guests. We gutted everything and once we uncovered a blank canvas, we were able to begin.

Our client had hired a "brick guy" who quickly became frustrated and was unable to complete the project. The last 4 photos show the work that was done and left for us. We came in, matched new brick to the original, and got to work. We removed the previous work, solidified the footer, and got the structure built solid. #813

To seal or not to seal ..
Is it really a question ?

Whether you like the vibrant pop from a "wet look" sealant, or you prefer the more classic natural look, we always recommend sealing your pavers. A proper seal will increase the longevity of your paved area by protecting the surface from sun fading, deterioration that exposes the aggregate within with paver, and can even protect against sinking and erosion caused by water filtering down thru the joints.

So the question isn't whether or not to seal your pavers,

This is a tight back yard, not leaving much room for many extravagant features.. by creating different elevations, we are able to quietly define each area and it's purpose. Top it off with some colorful and/or fragrant plants and a bit of cleverly placed lighting and an area once unusable is transformed into an outdoor living space, ready to host any occasion!

Simple, stylish, cost efficient were our 3 objectives with this small front porch facelift.. new white vinyl railings, lights for each post, and clever use of materials for the walkway... And I think we accomplished just we set out to do
