Our crew is still out here working hard, but safety comes first. If the heat gets extreme, we may adjust our schedule or take additional breaks to keep our team safe.

So grab some water, crank up the A/C, and let us handle the mowing even when Florida is trying to cook us. 😂

Sometimes we get so caught up in the process that we forget the before picture.

This yard, however, is the perfect reminder of why we do what we do. 🌿 It went from blah to WOW! ✨

A little vision, a lot of hard work, and the right team can completely transform an outdoor space. We couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out!

Due to the heavy rainfall over the past several days, all services scheduled for today (Sunday) have been postponed until Monday.

We went out and checked every property this morning, and the ground is simply too saturated to mow without causing damage.

The view pulling away from our last stop of the day.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to complete our entire route today. With skies like this rolling in, safety has to come first.

Florida weather doesn’t always cooperate, and when storms move in this quickly, we make the decision to get our crew off the road and reschedule the remaining properties as soon as it’s safe.

We appreciate everyone’s patience during the rainy season. As we know delay in service due to weather can be frustrating. Tomorrow we’ll be finishing the remaining stops in Riverview before jumping right into our Valrico/ Brandon route.

Job Description:
DML Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Landscape & Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, w**d eating, and blowing.
* Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees.
* Install mulch, rock, sod, and plants.
* Assist with landscape renovations and cleanups.
* Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites.
* Work as part of a team to complete daily routes and projects.

Qualifications:
* Previous landscape and lawn care experience is required/ preferred. Willing to train the right person WITH DEMEANOR AND DRIVE TO WANT TO LEARN.
* Experience operating commercial mowing and landscaping equipment
* Valid driver’s license preferred.
* Reliable transportation.
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Have you noticed we’ve been a little MIA lately? 👀

While our posts have slowed down, we’ve been staying busy behind the scenes — working hard to keep up with mowing, landscape improvements, and projects throughout Hillsborough and Polk County.

Rainy season is officially in full swing, and our team has been out mowing 7 days a week to make sure our recurring customers continue receiving the service they count on. The weather has definitely kept us on our toes, but we’re getting everyone taken care of. 💪

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working on improving our operations by implementing new CRM integrations and systems to help us better manage scheduling, communication, and customer experience as DML Property Solutions continues to grow.
