Position Description:
As a Superintendent you will be one of the many “faces” of LSR. You will work daily with a crew making sure project specifics are carried out and completed on time. Our superintendents work closely with their crew to monitor safety rules and regulations, to not only protect LSR’s subcontractors and employees but to avoid any citations that can be costly to the company and keep the project from being completed on time. Superintendents monitor quality control and make sure our property managers are always pleased with the work commencing at their property. Superintendents must be able to communicate with property personnel and keep a daily logbook for time management purposes. Superintendents will be trained and certified to use necessary machinery to expedite the movement of materials, most of our properties are 2+ stories.
LSR offers a salary and truck allowance paid on a weekly basis.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a reliable truck, valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug test. Applicants must be willing carry a 40ft ladder, and work on multi-story buildings (2-3 story buildings are a regular occurrence). Applicants must be willing to adhere to ALL safety requirements and guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000 - 60,000 (determined by experience/qualifications)
