Welcome to Nathan’s crib… 👀🏠
Or at least… that’s what he thinks this Leonard, TX project is.

Nathan takes us on a full “house tour” through one of our metal building projects, somehow turning an unfinished structure into a luxury mansion complete with “bedrooms,” “kitchens,” and probably the world’s most industrial living room.

You’ll also get a closer look at the Leonard build itself and the details that are bringing this project together.

Safe to say MTV never prepared us for this version of Cribs. 😅

We took a trip out to our newest build in Leonard, TX and this one is packed with custom details! 👇

This project features:
37×51×12 footprint
8:12 roof pitch with 2’ overhangs + soffits all around
10×37 front porch lean-to
Matte black roof and trim with light gray sidewalls
1” closed cell spray foam
Seven 3×6 windows
10×10 garage door framing for larger vehicles and equipment

One of the coolest parts of this build is how customized it is for the client.
We provided the fully engineered shell, and the customer is building out the interior exactly the way they want it, including custom framing and layout choices throughout the inside.

That flexibility is what makes metal buildings so versatile.
