I am extremely proud to have a true family 🩵 like business. Our crew means the world😊 to us!

We have a few updates/changes all for the good on the team:

We needed some additional help and Marcos our not so little marine 😉came in for a couple weeks to help knock some jobs. He rolled💪 up his sleeves, jumped in a truck and worked his butt off! Thank you for your help sir!

We also want to welcome back Zechariah! He is the true baby 👶Morgan... the youngest Morgan boy...Michael's little brother. He joined us last summer and wanted to come back to work this summer! He really is a great kid but all the Morgan boys are!

We have some bittersweet 🥲☺️news with Lewis... he is leaving us for the Army on June 22nd. It has been a pleasure seeing him grow over the years into the man he is today. So, grateful for his heart❤️to serve our country🇺🇸. Proud of him!!

We are also blessed 😊because we will be welcoming our other nephew to the crew July 6th. Ethan is moving back from up north and ready to join the family business! Super excited to have this little dumpling back in Arkansas!

We welcomed Jordan in March of this year! He is our tiny but mighty 💪guy! He is still a newbie but he has been catching on quickly! He is hardworking and easy going! He is a family oriented guy, loves ❤️to spend time with his babies and future wifey!

Christian our nephew joined us last year and he has been killing it😁... he is our sweet giant and I say that with love! Everyone asks his height which he is measuring 6'5" I believe. One of the best football 🏈players out there, he loves grilling🍔, fishing and hunting. He has learned quite a bit this past year and we cannot wait to see what he learns next!

Our OG rockstars 🧑‍🎤Michael and Blake are still hanging strong 💪... Michael will be welcoming a new bundle of joy this year! Michael and Blake both got engaged last year! Tons of life events to celebrate🥳! Michael has been in a leadership role as a supervisor for a while now and is doing an amazing job. Blake has been stepping more into a leadership role this past year. They have both have gained a ton of experience and knowledge.

Our Ayden is still rocking out in the office, gaining all the bookkeeping knowledge 🧠he can! I do believe he scans in a million receipts weekly... it is never ending! He has been able to fill in when I have been out or working on other tasks. He is definitely a blessing☺️ to me and my right hand man could not do it without him!

We are truly blessed to have each and everyone one of these guys in our lives. They all bring so much to the table and have helped with growing our company!

Happy Thursday 😁! These short weeks really feels like Monday is on repeat! Friday is coming slowly but it’s coming!

Happy Tuesday 😁! Well three guys 💪 torn down a walk-in, built the new one and started it up in a day yesterday! Everyone else was unloading kitchen equipment in NWA... lots of work little time right now! We have all been head down busting it out! Our guys are truly the best! We appreciate all they do everyday! They are rockstars👨‍🎤!

Happy Friday! So, it all began with a broke wax seal and has turned into getting half of Van Buren involved 😳🫣 big thank you to the city for all your help today! It was definitely above and beyond. Thank you to Kevin and the plumber as well. We kind of have some answers… waiting to figure out which route to take to fix it completely! Ummm, we are definitely only mechanical HVAC (vent hoods, wic, fab and kitchen equipment installs) that plumbing is some crappy work 😂 which is not for us! We have gained more knowledge than probably necessary about man holes, pipe, crap, seals, clogs, flush outs etc. What a day! Hopefully everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Happy Tuesday 🥶! It’s cold and we have this white icy stuff everywhere but we are trying to work on what we can. None of us are meant for this weather but everyone needed out of their houses before boredom took over and we all gained 15 pounds from the uncontrollable eating we have all done! Stay safe, drive carefully!
