Radiate Coffee & Community is now open!

As their General Contractor we completed their coffee shop, bakery featuring Bakehouse Sourdough baked goods and retail space in Camas. This building was a former mechanical shop and grocery store built in the 1930's. Now it is a charming and uplifting place right in a neighborhood.

We visited the coffee shop today and it was awesome to see the amazing renovated spaces that are functional, well built and beautiful. Exactly what our client had envisioned, a place to build community.

The coffee, baked goods and fruit flavored ice cream are delicious. They have been well received and buzzing with business.

We are the General Contractor for the Radiate Community Coffee, Retail and Conference Center renovation of their commercial building in Camas, WA. Our professional team of subs, staff and working with the architect for the project, Access Architecture is bringing the vision to life for our client.

Construction and renovations can be challenging, confusing and complicated. But Johnson Construction NW is a trusted guide to help navigate our clients through their process.

A long term client in downtown Portland had security issues with their commercial building. We helped them design and update their lobby with adding a security wall and door to secure the second floor.

Our team of professionals accomplished this project using our project management, design, construction and customer service skills. In an environment of safety and team work.

We have put up our Johnson Construction NW banner on our new commercial tenant improvement project in Camas that we were awarded! A two story mixed use space consisting of a coffee shop, community center and retail on the 1st level designed by Access Architecture.

We are thrilled to work with our client that is a non-profit to bring their vision to life to hire adults with disabilities and create a place for them to gather and belong. We are passionate about building/renovating spaces that help people and make a difference in our communities.

We love to serve our clients. A shelter in Vancouver needed the flooring replaced in 30 rooms.

Our company was referred to them because of a previous flooring project. They also needed a column repaired and now it looks brand new.

See the pictures from the beginning to the finish. Our commercial client in downtown Portland needed to secure their stairs in their lobby going to the 2nd floor due to security issues. Our solution was to build a wall to secure the stairs and install a door and window

Our team managed the project from design, drawing of plans, submission for plan review and permitting. We performed demo, steel framing, drywall, painting and installation of new carpet. We coordinated scheduling subs and inspections.
