Phase 1 of adding a wall to this upstairs balcony space. This wall will house double doors with sidelights, and transoms across the entire space. The goal is to create a separate living space while maintaining the natural light that flows through. Every piece made by hand.

A recent project: a client bought this house and didn’t like that the living room floor was sunken. I raised everything, installed new subfloor and replaced this section of the flooring. Outlets raised, all trim re-installed and painted.
