This was a tricky one, but the end results turned out amazing!

Although we didn’t handle the initial water damage mitigation, we worked directly with the insurance company to coordinate the rebuild portion.

One of the biggest challenges was carefully lifting the existing jetted tub just enough to properly install our waterproofing membrane and tile underneath, while making sure everything was level and finished correctly.

We’re extremely happy with how this one turned out!

Our Procoat team is hard at work getting this home properly dried out and ready for repairs. We’ve set up containment and directed air movement exactly where it’s needed to help dry the affected ceiling and structure while protecting the surrounding areas.

Proper mitigation isn’t just about removing visible water it’s about controlling moisture, drying the structure correctly, and preventing additional damage before the rebuild begins.
