A customer wanted a bid on replacing this fence. It was a scam! The contact didn't own the home; they wanted to send me a check to pay off a "previous owner." I still ended up in someone's yard. If you have strange contractors showing up, a scammer might be using your address as part of their scam.

Fixing another "Handyman's work." Starlink was installed in the wrong location, with the wrong mount and wrong screws. Plus, the guy drilled big holes all over trying to find a rafter. If you see mold like this in your home, something is really wrong! Found out it was a leaking PEX line that electrical installers nicked way back in 2005 when the home was built. It's been leaking for 17 years!! Time for a full kitchen remodels as it affected the walls, floor, and much more.
