PES is looking to hire on a full time apprentice, 40+ hours a week. Basic construction skills are required (use a hammer, operate power tools, lift over 30lbs ect.) PES is a high pace work environment, and applicant must be able to work at a high pace through the work day. No electrical experience necessary but would be a bonus. Basic hand tools to perform the job will be supplied by the company. 90 day retention bonus and quarterly performance evaluations with the potential of a raise. With the summer right around the corner, a lot of people are wanting to change out their fixtures in their home for ceiling fans. While the airflow and the lighting from ceiling fans are great, them falling from the ceiling can make you’re summer a bit more stressful. If you are a DIY homeowner or wanting to have a friend or family member perform the work for you, make sure that the light box that the fan will be installed on is rated for the weight of the fan itself. If the current box looks like one of these (pictures 1 and 2) the fan will be too heavy. Along with the centrifugal force of the fan rotating, it could end in disaster. PES highly recommends installing a box rated for the weight and rotation of the fan. (Pictures 3 and 4) please call or message us if you have ANY questions about hanging you’re new fan!
