I was born and raised in Kazakhstan, a country in central Asia, and immigrated to the United States when I was 10 years old. I come from a family of 6, including my parents, 2 brothers and a sister. Growing up, I loved to work, and began to mow lawns before I was old enough to get a real job. I was also a yard worker for some of our neighbors. As I got older, I had the opportunity to work side by
side with professional roofers who had decades of experience in roofing. I held jobs with large residential roofing companies where I learned many roofing practices. Over the years, I gained the knowledge and experience I needed to be able to open my own business. As a result, I started AAK Roofing in 2016. I am now serving my customers in Salem Oregon and the surrounding areas in the Pacific Northwest. As a small business owner, I strive for customer satisfaction in all that I do. When I take on any roofing project, I look at it from the customer’s point of view to make sure I am providing them with excellent service and quality of work. My goal is complete customer satisfaction before profit. One of my main goals is to continuously educate myself and my team to make sure we perform our work at the most professional and high quality level. I want to be able to have long lasting relationships with all of the clients I serve. Because of this, I make sure I, myself, as well as my team members have great communication skills to make sure our customers understand exactly what we are doing and what needs to be done with their roof.
