Ever wonder where that mystery odor in the house is coming from?

Got called out to investigate a bad smell, and a quick crawl space inspection revealed the culprit. An old cast iron kitchen sink drain line had completely rotted through. Every time dishes were done, greywater was dumping straight into the crawl space, creating a massive mess and attracting bugs.

We cut out the rotted cast iron, installed clean new piping, and knocked out full odor remediation to get this home fresh and properly draining again.

Out with the old, in with the new!

Check out this recent water line repipe! We ran fresh PEX-A lines, installed brand-new shower valves, and updated supply lines to every faucet and the washing machine. To keep everything running safely, we added hammer arresters at the washer and ice maker, plus a main shutoff and PRV set right at 80 PSI in the closet.

Proper pressure + brand new lines = maximum protection and great water flow.

Got to help out a colleague and friend recently and get his awesome trailer house up and running! He bought this a few years back, and while a good chunk of the plumbing was already in place, it was left unfinished and needed some serious corrections to get it live-in ready.

We jumped in to cross the finish line: installed a whole-house water filter, added a dedicated hose bib to the main line right before the filtration system, and completely hooked up and fired up his existing propane tankless water heater.

It's always satisfying to take a project that's stuck in limbo, dial it in correctly, and leave it 100% ready to be lived in and enjoyed. Check out the clean setup! 🛠️💧
