Lifetime Exteriors is one of the leading experts in the Portland, Oregon Metro, Vancouver SW Washington areas, in exterior remodeling, restoration, and proper forensic waterproofing methods. With over 20 years of experience in the construction and building science industry, we specialize in wall assemblies, siding, windows, doors, roofing, stone or brickwork, decking, painting, water intrusion and

construction defect repair, and design build. Lifetime Exteriors staff is comprised of exterior envelope consultants, engineers, architects, legal counsel, building science developers, and our general contracting division to form one of the nations’ foremost exterior building envelope expert team ever assembled.

One of our favorite events of the year! ⚾💙

Lifetime Exteriors was proud to team up with some of our amazing vendor partners to sponsor a night at the Hillsboro Hops game and invite many of our incredible clients to join us.

It’s one of those events that’s about so much more than baseball. It’s an opportunity to strengthen relationships, share laughs, and spend quality time with the people who make this industry such a great community.

This year, Kimberly happened to be on vacation, but when “work” means a beautiful summer evening at the ballpark with incredible clients and partners, sometimes the family gets to come along too! It was a great reminder that one of the best parts of what we do isn’t just the projects we complete… it’s the relationships we build. Many of those relationships become friendships, and being able to share moments like these with both our work family and our own families makes it even more special.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our vendor partners for helping make this event possible, and to every client who spent their evening with us. We truly appreciate your partnership and hope you had as much fun as we did. Until next year! ⚾💙

A beautiful day on the course, reconnecting with industry partners, meeting new faces, sharing a few laughs, and supporting a great cause.

The Multifamily NW Charity Golf Tournament is always one of our favorite events of the year because it’s about so much more than golf. It’s about the relationships that make our industry stronger and giving back to the community we serve.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Lifetime Exteriors hole, grabbed a drink, and spent a few minutes with our team. We appreciate every conversation and every partnership.

Another happy customer and another investment protected for years to come.

This Portland 4-plex recently received new James Hardie siding, Milgard windows and doors, and a fresh exterior paint finish. The result is a beautiful, durable exterior designed to withstand the Pacific Northwest climate while enhancing the property’s long-term value.

Did someone say golf?? ⛳️

The Lifetime crew had a pretty great day out at Langdon Farms for the Defense Fund Golf Tournament — sunshine, good people, and a lot of laughs. Hard to beat a day like that.

We heard “watch your step”… so we replaced everything (with the customer’s request) 😅🔨

Cement stair treads ✔️
PT posts & stringers ✔️
New Concrete landings & footings ✔️
Aluminum rails ✔️

Now the entire community is safer, stronger, and let’s be honest… looking pretty good doing it.

No more questionable steps. No more “that one wobbly rail everyone avoids.” Just clean, solid, built-to-last upgrades from the ground up (and top down 😉).

10/10 would take the stairs again.
