We are in LOVE with this beautiful historical remodel by Craftsman Design & Renovation.
This space balances the character of an older Portland home with the needs of a modern family. Traditional details, including divided-light windows, inset cabinetry, and vintage-inspired lighting, complement the home’s Craftsman roots while keeping the space feeling warm and inviting.

NEW WOOD SPECIES, WHO DIS? 👀

Meet Rift Sawn Oak: the newest addition to the DeWils wood species lineup.

Clean. Linear. Refined.

Rift Sawn Oak delivers the natural warmth of oak with a tighter, straighter grain and less of the cathedral pattern found in traditionally sawn oak. The result is a beautifully understated look made for today’s contemporary, transitional and organic-modern spaces.

And the best part?

Premium wood species. No premium species upcharge. 🙌

Little moments. Big smiles. Quality built for real life. 🤍

A friend shared this sweet peek into life with DeWils, and we couldn’t help but smile.

From solid wood dovetail drawers to thoughtful craftsmanship throughout, we build our cabinets for the everyday hustle, busy households, and memories made in the heart of your home.

Because beautiful kitchens are meant to be lived in.

Repost from our friends from Craftsman Design & Renovation because we are in LOVE with this space. It’s like a cozy fall morning wrapped in a kitchen.
We’d love to spend Sunday (and every day) in our 1910 Irvington Craftsman Kitchen. 😍

A well-designed kitchen should do more than look beautiful, it should make everyday life easier.

Hidden appliance storage, hardworking corner solutions, and a dedicated place for the things you use every day mean less clutter on the countertops and a kitchen that simply works better.

And this kind of function doesn’t happen by accident. Working with an experienced kitchen designer and remodeler like Craftsman Design & Renovation in Portland means thinking through how you actually live in your kitchen and then creating cabinetry and storage solutions around it.

Because function and beauty should never have to compete. Thoughtful design gives you both: a kitchen that makes life a little easier and a beautiful space you love being in.

This beautiful kitchen by Burgin Design • Remodel is the perfect balance of elegance and function. Crisp cabinetry, thoughtful storage, a contrasting island, and timeless details create a space that feels fresh and sophisticated while still completely livable.

Because a beautiful kitchen isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about creating a space that works beautifully, too.

Sometimes the best craftsmanship is found in the places you don’t immediately see.

At DeWils, every dovetail drawer is hand built, hand sanded, and carefully finished to create that signature silky smooth feel. From the precision of each dovetail joint to the finish you feel every time you open a drawer, these details aren’t an afterthought. They’re part of how we build cabinetry.

Because a beautiful kitchen should be more than beautiful. It should feel exceptional too.

Quality isn’t a word. It’s a thousand details.
