Performs and/or coordinates with vendors the following:
Repairs on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarms, building alarms, phone lines, and electrical systems.
Painting of interior and exterior building surfaces; prepares surfaces for painting, protects surrounding surfaces.
Mows, trims, edges, fertilizes, grounds; weeds, prunes, mulches, fertilizes, and sprays trees, plants and shrubbery; prepares soil for planting; seeds and re-sods lawn areas; plants trees, seedlings and shrubs.
Inspects assigned areas such as plant, garage, office, and parking lot for upkeep.
Snow removal and salting of facilities and access ways.
Operates and maintains production tools and equipment (saws, presses, cranes, spray foam machines, forklifts, etc.).
Observes safe work methods and uses safety equipment; secures worksites from safety hazards as necessary.
Other miscellaneous duties as necessary

Delivery Crew

The Delivery Crew is responsible for getting the modular homes to the job sites and setting them on the foundation. The job involves driving an es**rt vehicle (flatbed or pickup truck) leading/following an oversize load to the jobsite. The remainder of job involves working outdoors with the crew at the jobsite assembling rigging, moving the house onto the foundation, climbing into crawl spaces/onto roofs and cleaning up the job site. Roofers are encouraged to apply. Occasional overnight stays may be required (normally 2-3 times per month).
