Check out this concrete patio transformation in Vestavia!

This customer originally called us because water was making its way into their basement. After investigating, we found that the concrete patio had begun sinking directly above the problem area.

Once we removed the damaged concrete, we uncovered the real issue, a leaking pipe beneath the patio was allowing water into the area where helical piers had previously been installed along the foundation.

We repaired the leaking pipe, waterproofed the foundation to help protect against future water intrusion, and finished it off by pouring a brand new concrete patio.

Sometimes what you see on the surface is only part of the problem. Finding and fixing the source is what makes the difference.

This customer called us after water erosion began washing out the soil beneath his driveway, causing the driveway and retaining wall to crack and fail. He wanted a permanent solution that would stabilize the property, improve drainage, and create a more functional space.

What did we do?
- Replaced and expanded the lower driveway
- Built a new retaining wall along the driveway
- Installed concrete steps to the back porch
- Constructed two retaining walls to improve the backyard grade and flow
