Little DirtBag’s, LLC Local lawn care service

All customers: due to the drought plus some family travel, we are holding off mowing for this weekend. We don’t feel right just mowing your dust. We’ll be back early next week and can come by if you insist. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Happy Lord's Day. As the temps start to climb, it's time to get on the books for 2026. We are now accepting clients for this mowing season. Rates are unchanged but we are offering a discount.
As the summer grinds, lawns (mostly crabgrass and w**ds) get thicker and thicker making for a much more difficult mow for our equipment. Mowing weekly mitigates this. So, for any client who commits to weekly service before the start of the season (O/A late March depending on weather), the weekly rate will drop from $55 to $40. Same mow, edge, w**d eat and blow, just done weekly at a reduced price.
We will cap out at between 5-10 clients depending on who signs up for weekly vs bi-weekly. We still offer one off mows for $60 is notice is 1 week or more in advance and $70 for short notice. In addition, I will be posting recommended times for fertilizer and w**d prevention applications (now). We will apply anything you buy for $25.
We look forward to keeping the Little and Young out of your business this summer.

Though it snowed just last week, we are still quickly approaching lawn season. In a few weeks it’ll be time for your first pre-emergent application. The best w**d treatment is not allowing them to sprout. Check out Yard Mastery for your needs. I recommend one 45 # bag for most normal lot sizes.

Prevent crabgrass and poa annua with Yard Mastery 0-0-7 Prodiamine. Professional-grade pre-emergent protection for up to 3 months, safe for all established lawns.

As the season comes to a close and fall approaches, don’t forget yard care is a year round task. Here in a few weeks it will be the time to apply w**d preventer for those cool season w**ds. We use and recommended products from the link below (we receive no discounts or kick backs, they just make good products). An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure

This Friday will be our first service day. We have 2 slots left. For anyone who doesn’t know: We are a father/son team providing lawn care in and nearby the Sinclair Subdivision. All revenue is either paid to my son for his labor or retained for business expenses (I’m not making anything). This little guy experiment is designed to show him the value of his work and teach him some entrepreneurial skills (accounting, sales, customer service, etc). So, if you don’t want to mow or edge or pressure wash the driveway to keep Little and Young off your back, reach out and let us know.
