The estimate starts with a walkthrough to discuss your project, take measurements, and gather the details. From there, we evaluate material and labor costs, reach out to subcontractors to gather pricing if needed, and determine the time required to complete the work. Because every project is unique, this process takes time, but it allows us to build an estimate that is as accurate and close to the final project cost as possible.

The answer: White.

BUT... , they're seriously considering switching to black or wood.

There's still a lot of trim work ahead, but it's always rewarding to reach the point where you can finally see the size, scale, and design of the finished home taking form.

Inside, the layout is becoming clear as the large rooms, long hallways, and open living spaces come together. Outside, the black veneer stone is being installed and concrete forms are going in for the porches.

This one turned out pretty awesome! We took a small back porch in Frankenmuth and turned it into a large outdoor living space with Trex decking and plenty of room for grilling, relaxing, and hosting family and friends.
