Don’t let this happen to you!

A poorly installed under-mount sink can fail without warning creating a huge mess, and ultimately damaging your cabinets and plumbing.

We can install safety straps under your sink so if the silicone seal fails, you’ll have time to drain the sink and avoid an expensive repair bill.

Most installations are under $50.

A couple more garage ceiling racks installed today for a happy customer. Costco 2-pack racks remain on sale for a few more weeks. $299, normally $489.

A previous handyman had patched some cracks, but left a mismatched color and obvious signs of repair. The right prep, top quality primer and non-scuff enamel brought this lanai back to beautiful condition.
