It is a blessing to have both our moms with us right now. 💞 DaVid’s Mamá & Tirza’s Mom are a big part of our lives, and we are thankful to be able to care for them, which means they might come into work with us at the studio on occasion too! 🥳 86 years of life for these ladies, and they’re still experiencing some new adventures with their children. 😁🎻🥰

Let's Talk about Appraisals: Evaluations, Valuations and Inspection Reports can be part of an appraisal. Appraisals are NOT Authentication Documents. An appraisal report may include all of the above, and must have a defined purpose. The U.S. A. Internal Revenue Services uses appraisals in a very specific format and Appraiser-certification for income tax purposes. An Insurance Scheduling Appraisal is for estimating recovery of an assets in the castoff total loss. Valuation for Market Value changes from day to day and is not considered current a few days later. When requesting an appraisal, make sure you define the purpose so the appraiser your hired can write the report based on those parameters.
