We are pleased to present the final results of this exquisite beach home exterior renovation. The project included the installation of a new front deck, meticulously crafted with Trex Transcend decking in Lava Rock, complemented by cellular PVC trim. The existing railings were reinstalled, and a new deck ceiling done in versatex canvas series color copper was integrated, along with new recessed lighting. The entire exterior of the residence was painted in emerald rain refresh color iron ore , utilizing a boom lift to ensure comprehensive coverage of all elevated areas. Additionally, all exterior wall-mounted lights were replaced, exterior outlets for the deck added and the garage door was repainted. Before the finale of the exterior project in between we Added a custom outdoor shower to this beautiful Margate home. This shower features a picture-framed deck platform, custom dimensions, and a roof that provides privacy but, as requested, the ability to see the sky if desired. Other features include a custom-fabricated enclosure that doubles as a shelf for shower products to cover the meter and hooks for towels to dry off. In this application, we did not do the plumbing or fixtures, so they are discarded from photos as they weren't done. Before and progress photos are last in order of images. Recently completed full exterior painting project for this beach block residence, encompassing the upper soffit, windows, doors, and walls. This involved necessary repairs, scraping, re-caulking, and the application of fresh paint. The walls were finished with Iron Ore Rain Refresh, a premium paint known for its self-cleaning properties and resistance to growth and mold as well as uv resistant perfect for this beach home.Trimmings done in white. To execute this project, we utilized a large boom lift. Progress and before photos are included at the end , the first few images showcase the newly painted house. Front porch ceiling remodeled, house painted soon to be at completion of the new deck to present a full transformation finale post once the entire project is finalized. Here, we redid a porch ceiling with a beautiful cellular PVC Versatex product in the color copper, as well as new recessed lights with black trimming. "During" and "before" photos are at the end. We are also painting the entire exterior of the house and building a new front deck. We will post each project in order of completion, with a finale post when the full transformation is complete. We recently completed a kitchen and flooring renovation project. The client requested a new, updated kitchen with the same layout as their previous one, as it effectively utilized their space. Additionally, new LVP flooring was installed throughout the area, as depicted in the accompanying photographs. Progress and before-and-after images wich are limited are included at the end of this presentation. Haven't posted any of our work in a while. We did three simple but aesthetically pleasing custom closets for a homeowner. The result was visually pleasing, and she was ecstatic. The homeowner is doing a makeover of many facets of her home. we are happy to a part of the project.

One of the recent jobs we did in a beautifull margate home. The job included tiling the nook in this bathroom surrounding the vanity and a small mold remediation from a small leak. An awesome job for an awesome client. We had fun with this one. I dont have any before images and I havent been posting much of our work im out of practice with taking before and after images apparently.
